2027 NACHC Workforce Conference — Call for Abstracts

NACHC is seeking practical, experience-based sessions for community health center leaders at its Workforce Conference in Las Vegas, May 25–26, 2027. Topics include recruitment and retention, leadership and workplace culture, staffing models, financial sustainability, workforce data, clinical informatics, and applications of AI and technology. Proposals should offer useful tools, case studies or lessons that health centers can apply.

Formats include 60-minute workshops, panels and peer-to-peer sessions, plus 90-minute Challenge Labs built around collaborative problem-solving. Submit a session title, description, learning objectives and confirmed speakers through the organizer’s abstract portal. For-profit organizations must partner with a health center, Primary Care Association, Health Center Controlled Network or National Training and Technical Assistance Partner, with that partner represented among the session faculty. Sessions must be vendor-neutral.

Submit by November 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern; decisions are expected in January 2027. Speakers receive a $50 registration discount, with no travel or hotel reimbursement.
